In Antibes behind the city walls, Mamo created in 1992 the Michelangelo, a famous Italian Provençal style restaurant, that joins and perfectly embodies the flavor of both Italy and South of France.

Mamo is more than the founder of the Michelangelo… Italian immigrant, from Calabria, he found in Antibes a little piece of paradise where his story became successful… Behind these two syllables, MAMO is an artist. He is all of the warmth of the south, of Italy and France, all of the style of the Mediterranean, all of the know-how of a truly passionate chef, all of the voluptuousness and joy of the people born to welcome friends around a table. And talking about good food, Mamo is the king! The king of pasta and smiles…

This asset allow Mamo to welcome for over 25 years, gourmets and personalities: from television, football, racing and the festivals (Juan les Pins Jazz Festival, Cannes Film Festival) …

He wanted to bring to Riyadh the DNA of this place so unique, the history, the authentic as much in design and atmosphere as in dishes… Same old stones, terracotta and Italian colors! Located in the Al Faisaliah Hotel, in the heart of Riyadh, we offer you an amazing experience for both lunch or dinner. With a variety of generous authentic dishes, such as the creamy Burrata from Napoli, lamb shoulder perfectly cooked in the wood fired oven, the delicious chicken and some signature dishes like the truffle focaccia and the truffle raviolinis. All of this will make you want to end your meal with the traditional tiramisu or the breathtaking lemon tart!

Year after year, Mamo searched for the best products available in the south of France and Italy, and found many small producers, who put their hearts into their work. Mamo has always known that good food starts with quality in the ingredients and the consistency of the dishes, allowing his guests to have the same perfect experience time and time again. Traveling to all parts of Italy, connecting passionate producers to discover the rare, he has obtained the excellence and best products available: truffles, tomatoes, burrata, porcinis to always offer more taste and flavor…

“Bar Classico”

This classic, yet modern bar is much like the ones that can be found in the cities of Italy. Welcoming, with a cozy atmosphere and surrounded by pictures of celebrities and pieces of art, we invite you to explore some of our “MAMO signature Mocktails”. Created from handcrafted infusions made with fresh fruits, flowers and herbs, a new era of Mocktails begins in Mamo. Ask our talented mixologists to make you one of our legendary “Primavera”, and experience a special creation with licorice, dry lavender, agave nectar and fresh Menton lemon juice or allow them to create something unexpected and customized for you. Our mixologists are always ready to whip up superb Italian- inspired and innovative Mocktails to be tasted in the company of good friends or to celebrate an anniversary, to relax after an intense working day, while listening to your favorite music as the perfect beginning of a Mamo evening.
